ഗണപതയെ നമഃ
* ഗൃഹ നിർമ്മാണത്തിനുള്ള പ്ലോട്ടിനെ തെക്കു വടക്കും കിഴക്കു പടിഞ്ഞാറും പത്ത് രേഖകൾ തുല്യ അകലത്തിൽ വരച്ച് അതിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന 81 കളങ്ങൾ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി നടത്തുന്ന പദവിന്യാസമാണ് നവ വ ർഗ്ഗം .
* അതിൽ മദ്ധ്യ ഭാഗത്തുള്ള ഒൻപത് ചതുരങ്ങൾ ചേർത്ത ബ്രഹ്മ സ്ഥാനം കണക്കാക്കുന്നു.
* The selected plot is divided into 81 equal squires, drawing 10 lines in equal distance from East-West and North- South directions. This type of plot division is Nava Vargaam ( 9 X 9)
* The Nine squires in the center cmprising Brahmasthanam.
