02. Chathurashra          (ചതുരശ്ര   ) East-west, South.north lands in equal size. ( Prosperity )
03. Vruthakara             ( വൃത്താകാര  ) Round shaped. (Suits for auditoriums, temples.
04. Bhadrasana            (ഭദ്രാസന   ) Rectangular plot with two sides with equal projection.

05. Chakrakara            (ചക്രാകാര   ) Irregular round shaped (Causes poverty )
06. Vishamabhahu        (വിഷമബാഹു   ) Rectangular but projected to one side.
                                                                     (Not suitable for good life).
07. Thrikonaakara          ( ത്രികോണാകാര  ) Not suitable for life.
08. Shakadakara          (ശകടാകാര   ) Rectangular but projected in one side (not suitable for life)
09. Dandakara              ( ദണ്ഡാകാര  ) Longer lengthened land ( Causes loss of wealth)
10. Panavakara             ( പാണാവകാര , മൃദങ്ങകാര ) Casues illness.
