Is any difference between Vasthu Sasthram and Thachusasthram (Architect)..?

Vasthusasthram is same as Thachusasthram.
Brahmaavu is the creator of Vasthusasthram.
Lord Brahma taught Vasthusasthram to Visvakarma.
Viswakarmavu is believed that got birth from the third eye of Lord Mahadeva.
Viswakarmavu was born with Poonool, Grandham (Book), Kuda (umbrella), Dand (Stick), Ashtagandham, Kalasam (Pot),Muzhakkol (scale) and  Chithirappullu.
The Bhoja King wrote the teaching in the name Samarankanasoothradhara.
